The Wedding Niche hosted and coordinated our styled shoot, providing the most gorgeous historical backdrop and connected all the vendors. Outdoor Eventures set up their glamping tent, TLC Bridal Boutique provided the dress, The Little Things designed and made the earrings, Sofia Marraffa Flower Designs provided the gorgeous bouquet and cake florals, Monica’s Sugar Studio baked the delicious cake and Brixton is the hat maker. Our couple got ready, ate and cut the cake in their glamping tent, we then took our couple on a hike up the Appalachian Trail, we walked the Potomac River banks and drove up to an overlook to watch the sunset over Harpers Ferry with champagne. What an awesome way to say I do all within an hour of DC.

Kathryn and Joey’s Maternity Session was shot in Delaplane, Virginia at Sky Meadows State Park. We had the whole park to ourselves believe it or not and we even dodged the rain! He’s a fire fighter and she’s a helicopter flight nurse and these two are expecting in August. Loved this dreamy session and can’t wait to see this little one and these two as parents!

We actually have a package specifically designed for extended family shoots. We had a blast with all these kids! We photographed this gorgeous family session at the Airlie Center in Warrenton, Virginia. We had the run of the entire place and we had a blast with these 3 kiddos!
This family chose the Airlie Center to have their family photos because they were actually married there! We went back and toured all the areas where they said their vows and took pictures on their wedding day so now they will have photos of them as a family, full circle! We absolutely loved hanging with this family and photographing their super special photo session. Thank you to Airlie Center for letting us capture these on their amazing property!

We are sorry/not sorry for the baby fever you are about to have. Six week old Owen was the perfect little model for his family and newborn photoshoot. We loved playing with his precious big sister and watching this sweet baby boy smile and yawn. His initials are OJ so we brought along a few oranges for just a subtle hint at his uniqueness. It had been way too long since we did a session with our neice and nephew, these kids are growing up way too fast. They can text you guys, big kid things. We went for a short 3 day weekend to Ocean City back in March. It was the off season, so we had plenty of room to social distance and the weather turned out to be amazing. We just had to sneak in a beach family session in Ocean City, so, being on the east coast, we had to get everyone up at the crack of dawn for this sunrise session. These two decided on love forever together this year and got engaged! Eli and Jacob are the most interesting people I know and will forever have a special place in my heart. They are both healthcare workers, Eli being on the front lines fighting COVID so as you can imagine 2020 was just an insane year for both of them but it also included a ray of light when Jacob asked Eli to marry him! We shot their engagement photos in Georgetown, Washington DC in a gorgeous home with an incredible kitchen, backyard and rooftop. They paid homage to Eli’s Indian traditions as well as their Jewish faith in such a beautiful way. It was so hard to choose, but here are some of my favorites!
