We shoot in the rain! We embrace it, however your day turns out! (it’s more fun than you think!) Or we find a more suitable time or indoor location at your venue for photos. Weddings are hard to reschedule and we don’t offer refunds for weddings if it rains. If you need to reschedule or move venues because of a natural disaster we will certainly try our hardest to reschedule and work with you.
You’ll receive a link to your gallery for a sneak peek within 48 hours. Your final gallery and video will be delivered in 3-8 weeks of your wedding day.
Absolutely. In fact, your gallery has an integrated online print store and album creator suite. You can select your favorites with a heart button and conveniently order from the best quality labs from around the world.
Heck yes! We only offer 2-3 destination weddings/elopements a year, but tell us where you are taking us and we will give you a custom quote.
Each camera will be shooting to 2 different SD cards, we immediately back them all up to at least 2 additional external hard drives and uploaded to cloud storage. We keep the SD cards in a fire safe box until we deliver your final gallery. Your gallery is private and password protected keeping your long term storage safe.
Easy, send us a message with your date and venue, we will make sure we are available and we will then schedule a phone call to make sure your selected package will cover your day and we are a right fit. We will email you a link to officially book your date with us, you’ll be able to sign your contract, fill out a short questionnaire and submit your 40% initial payment to secure your date with us all online through our secure booking link.
As early as you can. Dates usually book up quick. Keep in mind you’ll probably want to secure your venue first so we know where we are going.
