Engagement Photos at The Quarry in Harpers Ferry, WV.

We had a blast with these two at The Quarry! The Quarry is a privately owned quarry in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia that makes you feel like you are in the tropics with it’s crystal clear water and white sand beach. These two danced to their favorite song, practicing their first dance for their wedding next year. They took the row boat out for a little spin. They had a splash fight and since they were already wet, they went for a swim too. We can’t wait to have fun with these two again next year when they officially tie the knot!

Harpers Ferry Spring River Elopement with M+B

On the blog today is M + B’s May 1st wedding in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and Knoxville Maryland. These two tied the knot on a surprisingly chilly May day. It was calling for crazy rain all day. About an hour before their ceremony while Meaghan was getting ready it rained buckets and then, as if the sky knew these two were to be married the rain stopped and held off for the rest of the night!

Alanna & Gage's Adventure Elopement in Harpers Ferry

Alanna & Gage eloped on the river in Harpers Ferry on November 11th, 2021. 11.11 and Veterans Day, these two members of the Navy tied the knot on the water. Recently these two have been separated by thousands of miles, him living in Hawaii and her in Virginia they have been worlds apart. Hetal & Chirag's Engagement Session in Harpers Ferry

Hetal and Chirag were an absolute DREAM!!! I shot Hetal and Chirag’s engagement session in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. These two are set to tie the knot next year in Arizona so they wanted an east coast adventure complete with fall colors for their session. We started at the overlook and headed down to the waterfalls and out to the river for a lantern lit sesh to end the evening. Loved hangin with these two, congrats again! Alicia & Adam's 15 Year Vow Renewal at Harpers Ferry Brewing

Alicia & Adam were married 15 years ago, today actually. They said their vows again on November 13th 2021 at Harpers Ferry Brewing with their family, friends and a reunion with their old bridal party. Ya know, their minister said it right, you really don’t know the weight of your vows or even what love really means until down the road…and a few kids later. They had the sweetest ceremony that had everyone crying and we had a blast with their bridal party. Harpers Ferry Brewing has amazing beer and pizza, stunning views and who doesn’t like hanging around a bon fire listening to live music? Super fun afternoon celebrating 15 years together! Happy 15th Anniversary Alicia & Adam!!

Carolyn & Derek's Romantic Couples Session in Harpers Ferry

Carolyn and Derek’s couples session in Harpers Ferry was epic. We visited Jefferson Rock, St. Peters, we walked around the city streets and then down to the waterfalls. They left the kids at home with a babysitter and spent the evening with just each other….well and us for a little bit! An adventure couples photo session during sunset and dinner afterwards is the perfect date night and such a wonderful way to celebrate your marriage.

Caroline & Darin's Adventure Elopement in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia

Caroline & Darin were married November 19th 2021. These two contacted us and said hey whenever you have available next, we want to come to Harpers Ferry and elope! So with 5 days to plan, Caroline and Darin were able to get their florals from CM Bloomers out of Brunswick Maryland on short notice and we were off and with color still on the trees even! We had take our shoes off to walk through some VERY cold water to get out on the little island but these two were troopers and adventured with us all around Harpers Ferry. The most beautiful sunsets are after a storm. the light angled right in between the heavy cloud cover and the mountains right before it hits the horizon…perfection! These two have a special memory of Darin teaching Caroline how to wobble at a friends wedding in the beginning of their relationship so we had to wobble on their special day!
