Natalia & Anthony's Fall Adventure Elopement in Harpers Ferry at The Wedding Niche
Natalia & Anthony eloped on the river bank in Harpers Ferry on October 29th, 2021. The weather was calling for the worst, we had been getting river flood warnings for days leading up to it. We were supposed to get a massive amount of rain, and we did that morning, so Lisa with the Wedding Niche texted and asked if we would be okay with delaying their ceremony by an hour to avoid the heaviest part of the rain and we said absolutely!! When we got there it was still raining but slowing down, we headed to the river and it stopped, all the rain just stopped. They said their I do’s and boom the rain started up again, it was crazy how we got that perfect 10 minute window for them to elope. We had umbrellas and our rain gear for our cameras so it was game on! After the ceremony and photos at the river we headed back to The Wedding Niche for cake. Natalia & Anthony decided last minute instead of hanging at the Wedding Niche we could head into town and we were so down! Harpers Ferry is usually slammed with tourists in the fall, but because it was raining we literally had the whole town to ourselves…this NEVER happens. We loved adventuring around town with these two soaking in all the sights. Congratulations again on tying the knot you two! We can’t wait to see you again next year!
