The Quarry, a Unique Wedding Venue in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Can you believe this quarry is in West Virginia?? It’s only about an hour away from Washington DC and it looks like a cenote in Mexico with its crystal clear waters and white sand beaches. It’s rocky walls and lush trees compliment the super deep turquoise water and this quarry is spring fed so the water is always cool and fresh. The new owners have been adding onto this property for the past several years and are ready to open for private weddings and events.
We were asked to shoot some wedding inspiration for this new unique quarry wedding venue in Harpers Ferry and we are so excited to share this amazing place with you! This venue is also an airbnb, you can stay right on the property with a few of your guests. They have a meeting room, lots of decks with views of the quarry, a large white sand beach, shaded area across from the beach with plenty of tables for your guests, indoor reception hall and a tent pad in case you want to have a larger reception. They have a gym, a toy shack with all the water toys you would want, a water trampoline, several floating docks, fishing equipment, a pontoon boat, a rowboat, a fishing boat, hammocks and swings to hang out on all around the property, two fire pits and still more to come. It’s such an amazing place to be and to have a dream wedding that’s SO unique.
