Winter Wedding Bliss in Harpers Ferry with M + J
Coming to you on the blog today is M + J’s January wedding in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and Knoxville Maryland. These two tied the knot on a very cold beautiful sunny day. It was calling for a high of 10 degrees that day! Love kept these two warm!
We met up with M + J at The Wedding Niche where they were finishing getting ready. We headed down to the river in separate cars and they had their first look on the bank of the Potomac River. We took some photos and then they had a private vow exchange. We then took them into Harpers Ferry to have their practice first dance on top of Jefferson Rock overlooking the confluence of the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers. We had Jefferson Rock all to ourselves, if you can believe that and after we were done there, we headed back to The Wedding Niche for their intimate ceremony with just family. We took family photos after the ceremony, and a few more of just M + J with the bamboo forest and then everyone headed over to The Crown Rose Estate in Knoxville Maryland for their large reception with all their favorite people. Catered by P.I.G.S. BBQ they enjoyed a night of great food and dancing with DJ Perfect Harmony Entertainment in The Crown Rose Estate’s gorgeous barn.
These two lovebirds met at work and have been having the time of their lives ever since. Congrats again M + J we so enjoyed partying with you and all your loved ones, we’ll have to get some dance lessons from J’s Dad lol! Is it too much to ask to be put on the guest list for all your future family parties??
