Baltimore Wedding at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco with J + D
Wow! These two were STUNNING on their wedding day in Baltimore at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. They are BOTH architects so we focused on the amazing interior architecture with it’s TWO matching marble staircases that are rich with B&O Railroad history as well as the entire Baltimore city skyline with the inner harbor in the foreground from Federal Hill Park.
We started their day getting ready at the hotel and then jumping in a 1951 Bentley R-Type for their first look on top of Federal Hill overlooking the Baltimore Skyline. We spent an hour or so with just them on a beautiful afternoon creating some core memories on their wedding day before heading back to the hotel for their evening ceremony. The double grand marble staircase made the perfect place for a ceremony with J+D on one side and all their guests on the other staircase. Talk about an architects dream! After their ceremony they held one heck of a party at the Hotel’s B&O American Brasserie restaurant and bar. Surrounded by family and friends these two had an elegant meal complete with a custom cake made by the famous Cake by Jason and they danced the night away. The entire day was totally their vibe and you could see their architectural influences and touches of D’s Tanzanian background throughout. We SO enjoyed their unique day and we had a blast partying with them in Baltimore. We can’t wait to see what adventures life brings them next!
